Carpet cleaning across Tempe
Tempe sits between Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa and Chandler, with ASU's main campus, Mill Avenue and Tempe Town Lake near its north end. I-10, the Loop 101, the Loop 202 and US 60 all cross the city, which covers ZIPs 85281, 85282, 85283 and 85284. It is roughly a 20-mile drive southeast from Jan's base on W Dunlap Ave in Phoenix. Longer trips may include a travel charge, so ask when you call (602) 488-0286.
Rentals near campus
Tempe has a lot of rental housing. If you own or manage a rental, the best time to clean is between tenants, when the rooms are empty. For apartments, ask first: Jan's equipment needs a place to park and unload close to the unit. See carpet cleaning between tenants.
From a Google review
Jan and his partner were great! They normally don’t do apartments for understandable logistics reasons but came back to mine since an adequate spot wasn’t available the first time for unloading his equipment. Once here they got right to work and left my sofas spotless.

What happens on the day?
Jan walks through every room with you first. The free pre-treater goes on, then the cleaning, with cleaning agents that are safe for kids and pets. His equipment is all-electric, so no hose runs through your front door, and two floor fans help the carpet dry. One more walk-through together when he is done.
